I was shocked at this Fox News report today, which I just happened to see while I was at the gym getting my workout this morning. As if the police state hasn’t become dangerous enough for U.S. citizens, we now find ourselves facing the possibility of drone attacks by the Department of Homeland Security. According to the report, Eric Holder recently refused to rule out the possibility of using drones on U.S. citizens if the situation warrants. You might think that it’s not such a big deal because the government has no real interest in conducting strikes on its own citizens, but the reality is that the DHS has been stockpiling drones and other weapons over the last several years. As Chuck Nash notes, though, you don’t purchases or produce weapons on this scale unless you plan on using them. Who in the hell does the DHS need to use these on? You have to remember that our military is who defends us in the event of a foreign invasion, so if you said that these might be needed for that purpose, you’d be wrong! Put two and two together!
