If you’ve been watching the news and paying attention to the events taking place in the rest of the world, you might conclude that we’ve entered into the end times. Some believe that it will occur on or around December 21, 2012, which is the end of the Mayan calendar. End of the world prophecies run the gamut, but what is interesting is the fact that each culture has its own apocalyptic expectations. It’s almost as if the human race has a self-destruct program embedded in its DNA. Whether it is the arrival of Nibiru or Planet X or some other end of the world expectation such as the Battle of Armageddon, people are fascinated with the end of the world. If you read my blog regularly, you know that I spend plenty of time on the potential for a pole shift and the possibility of Nibiru’s arrival as being one of the causes. Some believe that the reference in the Book of Revelation to the “wormwood” is indicative of Nibiru’s arrival, but that might be a bit of a stretch. I will be posting specific end of the world prophecies and predictions on this site over the next couple of weeks. They won’t be my own, but I’ll be providing my own commentary whenever it is necessary to do so. Since I have formal education in ancient languages and cultures, I will be trying to provide some balance to the whole issue of the “apocalypse.” I do believe, however, that we are well overdue for a poleshift and that we may have already begun to experience its effects.
