It is possible that the Federal Emergency Management Agency or FEMA is using their Great Shakeout worldwide earthquake and catastrophe drills to prepare people for the eventuality of martial law. Earthquake drills taking place in various states throughout the United States are supposedly intended to prepare people for the possibility of an earthquake in their area. However, as Kurt Nimmo at Infowars.com is reporting, FEMA is simply practicing for its own martial law enforcement duties at a later date. Could this martial law mandate come in October or early November as the result of the October surprise being a major economic collapse?
